Permalink 1fanzineparjour: CRACHOIR n°4, collectif, auto-éditionFormat A4, 80 pages, novembre 2010 Le périodique irrégulier dirigé par Yvang (ici accompagné de Léo Quiévreux) n’avait jusqu’ici, malgré plusieurs formules, fonctionné par thèmes. Des auteurs représentatif de ce que l’underground graphique a de meilleur se laissaient aller à leur libre délires. Pour ce premier numéro à thème il fallait donc quelque chose d’original. C’est ainsi que le Crachoir n°4 se présente sous la forme d’un recueil uniquement composé de strips, mais avec une contrainte simple : l’humour est prohibé. Les 80 auteurs qui ont répondu présents s’en sortent de diverses manière. Une partie d’entre eux, généralement venant plus du graphzine que de la BD, se contentent d’aligner des dessins dans des cases sans grand sens, la plupart réussissent à créer une vraie structure esthétique. Une autre partie cherche à exploiter vraiment la forme bande dessinée, soit par le biais d’un humour noir particulièrement efficace (Jean Bourguignon, Olive Booger, Matthias Lehman…) ou par des strips sans “chutes” au sens traditionnel mais à la puissance saisissante (L.L. de Mars, J&E LeGlatin, Fredox, le trop rare Y5P5, Charles papier…). L’ensemble est évidemment assez plombant pour le moral mais s’avère un pari dangereux remporté haut la main. Il est recommander de ne pas le dévorer, mais d’y aller par petite touches, pour ne pas se dégouter. Deux auteurs tirent particulièrement leur épingle du jeu. Gaihiin, dont le ton et le trait m’avaient déjà saisis dans George, et qui va ici encore plus loin, en relatant de manière très premier degré une plongée en hôpital psychiatrique qui s’avère passionnante. L’autre grande surprise est l’unique strip de l’énigmatique G, d’ordinaire cantonné à l’illustration, une vraie perle du genre, qui résume avec une sobriété radicale -et en 3 cases - un gigantesque délire mégalomaniaque.
